Glenn sold an annuity product to an eldery, female client and was subsequently charged with and convicted of a crime under California statues based on this sales transaction. This event and the subsequent legal battle rocked the insurance industry. The course creates a discussion point for ethics in sales practices while bringing to attention the need for producers to maintain a vigilant attitude toward sales behavior and practice.
