1. Understand your state's CE requirements by clicking here. Then, click your PRIMARY LICENSE STATE on this page. Select and pay for your course(s) using the shopping cart at any point prior to the start of class.
2. Upon your purchase, we will e-mail a copy of your receipt with your upcoming course schedule and webinar links. Additionally, we send reminder e-mails one hour and one business day before class time.
3. Click on your course link in any of our e-mails to login to class at the posted start time. You will see the slide presentation and hear the instructor. Ensure you have a computer or mobile device with working speakers or headphones. After sending us your license information, remain online and answer hourly roll calls. No exams or proctors are required.
4. During your class, ask questions and share stories and experiences with your instructor. All webinars have 10-minute breaks hourly, and courses 5 CE Hours or more have a 60-minute lunch break.
5. After successful completion of your course, we report your CE hours directly to your state within one business day. We will provide you with an official certificate of completion for your personal records within two business days following class.
