During renewal, Florida adjusters are required to complete a 4-hour class on "Florida Law & Ethics" approved for their license type.

Adjusters cannot complete the same CE course within any 24-month period.

New York Public Adjuster CE Requirements

New York Public Adjusters are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education classes every 2 years. Within these 16 hours of CE:

A 1-hour class on "Ethics for NY Insurance Professionals" is required for all producers.
A 1-hour class on "NY Insurance Law" is required for all producers.
A 1-hour class on "NY Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias" is required for all producers.
A 1-hour class on "NY Flood Insurance (1 hour)" is required for all Property & Casualty producers.

In addition to the 16 hours above, Property & Casualty producers actively selling NFIP flood products must complete the course "NY Flood Insurance (3 Hours)". This includes Write-Your-Own carriers. Producers that meet this criteria must complete 19 total hours of continuing education during there renewal.

Adjusters cannot complete the same CE course twice over any period of time.
