Before sending us an e-mail, please read the
box below with the answers to our most
frequent e-mail questions & issues.
1. "I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WEBINAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY UPCOMING CLASS"
When you ordered webinar classes from us, you immediately receive an e-mail with your receipt and your webinar links. Your webinar link or links are included just below the name of each of your courses in your order and generally are underlined and printed in blue. Click the link before class time to join your webinar. We also send reminder e-mails one business day before class and one hour before each class. If you have not received these e-mails, you can refer to your original order e-mail for your class links. Before calling or e-mailing us, please check your spam or junk mail folder for the class reminder e-mails.
2. "WHEN DO I GET MY CE CERTIFICATE?"
Certificates (and affidavits for Iowa, Florida, and South Carolina producers) are e-mailed to students on Mondays for the prior week's classes. Check your e-mail for your certificate the Monday following your class or classes. If you do not see them, check your junk mail or spam folder.
3. "WHEN DO I GIVE YOU MY LICENSE NUMBER?"
You will provide us with your license number at the beginning of each our your webinar classes. You will type your license number in the chat box on the webinar web site.
