What is the appropriate attire for classes?
The attire for our live classroom classes is business casual. Dress comfortably but neatly. The classrooms are kept on the cool side, so we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket, even in the summer.

Do you take breaks?
We provide regular breaks. The instructor may cancel or postpone a break if the class is running behind in getting through the class material. A lunch break is provided during our daytime classes.

What are the class rules?

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for each class session.
• You are expected to attend each class session in its entirety.
• There is no smoking in the building or on the grounds.
• Discussion regarding individual companies is not allowed.
• No recruiting of affiliated agents is allowed.
• The classes are designed as lecture formats. The instructor is responsible for presenting a large amount of material in a short period of time. The moderator will offer several opportunities for questions during each class sessions. Questions should be kept to a minimum during other times. No disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward any student, instructor or other person is allowed.

Can I return to class if I don't pass my test?
YES. You have six months from the date you complete your pre-license course to pass your exam. You are welcome to attend any of our regular scheduled classes at no extra charge for six months from your initial class date, provided you originally paid tuition for the course.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund for any reason at any time for any courses purchased that are not taken. Once courses have been completed, there are no refunds. Also there are no refunds for study materials that have been used or unreturned if requested. We do not refund shipping charges for textbooks or course materials.

Why are your classes 20 hours when the state requires 40 hours for pre-license education?
Producer candidates are now required to complete 40 hours of study but are no longer required to spend 40 hours in a classroom. The study can be classroom, self-study or online. We have found at our school that 20 hours is an adequate amount of classroom time to prepare for your exam, along with your own private study time.

How do I know if a class is full before I enroll online?
If the course is listed online and you are able to register, there is space available in the classroom. If a course reaches the seating capacity of the classroom, we will mark the class full on the website.

The Information we collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Credit/Debit Card Information

The State of Indiana requires us to provide the Social Security number for all of our students in order to generate a Certificate of Completion allowing you to register for your state insurance license examination(s).

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
