Insurance Career Training is happy to process your class change requests! Please list your requested changes in the form below and click the submit button at the bottom of the form to request your changes. We will process your changes no later than the next business day.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm your changes.
Please review the following information concerning class and schedule changes:
CLASS CHANGES - You can always reschedule any class at any time for no additional charge. For CE courses, you can request to change to another session of the same course, or you can switch to a different course or courses as long as you are taking the same number of CE hours. Please be sure the course changes you make will still allow you to meet your state's CE requirements (see www.insurancecareertraining.com/cerequirements).
CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel a class, or if you fail to attend a class, we automatically issue a credit for you to make up your class at a later time. Your credit does not expire. You can use the form below to notify us when and how you would like to make up your course or courses.
REFUNDS - We are happy to process a refund to any student for any class not taken. Please note: for CE courses, requesting a refund can affect your discount status for all courses ordered and may result in a pro-rated refund based on a lower discount. All refunds are processed within one business day and should reach your bank or payment source in three to five business days.
