CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Producers are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education every two years, three hours of which must be in the subject of ethics. Your state allows you to complete any of our approved CE course to meet your CE requirements. For instance, a producer with a Life & Health license may take an auto insurance CE course for credit or a Property & Casualty producer may take a CE course on Life insurance. You may not repeat the same course within the same renewal period.
FLOOD TRAINING REQUIREMENTS - Property & Casualty producers must complete a one-time, 3-hour FEMA Flood course. Our course, Fundamentals of FEMA Flood Insurance, offered below, meets your state’s flood training requirement.
ANNUITY CERTIFICATION – Producers who sell annuity products must complete a 4-hour annuity certification course. Our course, Fundamentals of Annuities, offered below, meets the annuity training requirement for your state, including the “best interest” training if required.
ANNUITY BEST INTEREST REQUIREMENTS – Our course, Fundamentals of Annuities, available below, includes the Best Interest training curriculum and meets your state’s Best Interest training requirements for annuity training or certification.
LONG TERM CARE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS - Producers who sell Long-Term Care insurance must complete a one-time, 8-hour training course. Our course, Fundamentals of Long-Term Care Insurance, meets your state’s LTC training requirement. Upon certification, your state has a refresher requirement that five of your CE hours must be in the subject of Long-Term Care. Our course Understanding Long Term Care Insurance, available below, meets your state’s LTC refresher requirement.
