CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS – Producers who hold one license must complete sixteen hours of Continuing Education every two years, three hours of which must be in the subject matter of ethics.  Producers who hold two license types must complete 24 hours of Continuing Education every two years, three hours of which must be in the subject of ethics.  The state of Virginia requires you to complete eight hours of CE specific to each license authority you hold.  For example, if you have a property & casualty license, you must complete eight hours of property & casualty specific CE.  After those hours are complete, you can take any of our classes to complete the remaining hours.  You may not repeat the same course within the same renewal cycle.

 

FLOOD TRAINING REQUIREMENTS - Property & Casualty producers must complete a one-time, 3-hour FEMA Flood course.  Our course, Fundamentals of FEMA Flood Insurance, offered below, meets your state’s flood training requirement.

 

ANNUITY CERTIFICATION – Producers who sell annuity products must complete a 4-hour annuity certification course.  Our course, Fundamentals of Annuities, offered below, meets the annuity training requirement for your state, including the “best interest” training if required.

 

ANNUITY BEST INTEREST REQUIREMENTS – Our course, Fundamentals of Annuities, available below, includes the Best Interest training curriculum and meets your state’s Best Interest training requirements for annuity training or certification.
