HOW DO THE WEBINARS WORK?
When you order an Exam Prep Live® course, your order e-mail includes webinar instructions. You will go to a web site at class time (www.gotomeeting.com) and enter your meeting number, which is provided. Follow the instructions on the screen and you’ll be connected to the webinar, where you will see and hear the instructor and view the class presentation. Only a computer with Internet access and speakers are required to join and participate in our webinars. You will need to remain connected throughout the webinar. We provide regular breaks during the day, as well as a one-hour lunch break. Each webinar is interactive, allowing you to ask questions either through a chat box on your screen, or through your computer microphone or telephone.

An itinerary of each topic covered is provided on our web site at www.exampreplive.com. Each course includes a complete online study package for all exam topics which are reviewed through the study guide and online modules provided with each enrollment.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE EXAM PREP WEBINARS?
The Exam Prep Live® program is designed to allow prospective insurance and financial licensees to learn the concepts of their courses from a professional instructor. Our instructors will explain the concepts in everyday language, using stories, illustrations and examples from their successful experience in the industry. Many people who try to pass their exams with self-study programs fail their exams. We believe this is because many of the concepts associated with these exams are complex and difficult to learn on your own without professional instruction. In short, you get what you pay for. When you pay for a package that includes a professional webinar review, you are much more likely to pass your exam.
DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION?
For insurance courses, certificates are provided through ExamFX® as part of your course materials package. Upon registration, ExamFX® will ship to you your textbook package, which includes online review tools and an online exam simulator. Included in the package is an order form, which you will submit to ExamFX® to receive your certificate. In most states, you will be required to complete and pass a practice exam, and submit a copy of your practice exam score sheet, in order to obtain your certificate. Typically, certificates are delivered by ExamFX® to you via fax or e-mail within two business days.
IS YOUR PROGRAM APPROVED IN MY STATE?
Our program is a self-study program with online webinar review. We are an authorized re-seller of the ExamFX® self-study exam prep courses approved in all states where we provide our services. We offer the Exam Prep Live service is all states except Illinois, Nevada and Arkansas. Courses for securities license exam preparation do not require regulatory approval and may be taken by residents of any state.
